Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 Pen calibration in XP Tablet Edition

I have a Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 which I successfully loaded XP Tablet Edition on. I installed the Pen drivers and it recognizes the pen, but it is not calibrated. The cursor is in the correct position in the middle of the screen, but as you move up the screen the cursor goes further away from the actual pen position. How do I fix/calibrate this?

Fujitsu Stylistic 3500 Pen calibration in XP Tablet Edition

Well there is a few ways to try to fix it first with a usb mouse check that the resolution is at it's native pixel count. This can be found on the manufacture website. If it is already at that resolution ensure that the CIC XPen drivers are installed. Those should have placed a recalibration program in the control panel. If those both fail, try uninstalling the drivers and restarting, then reloading the drivers. Hope this helps! food luck and godspeed!

I have a Fujitsu Lifebook t4220. It's original hard drive died and I had to make a full new install of Windows. I have downloaded all the drivers from Fujitsu's site and installed them but despite this the pen and tablet do not work at all. In the Control Panel there is a fujistu pen settings icon, but there is no calibration option and changing any of the settings it displays does not make the pen work. Any help?

Try going to the WACOM site and downloading the driver for the screen. It may have nothing to do with the pen, but may be that your screen is no longer enabled to sense the pen. Good luck!

Fujitsu LT C-500 pen not working

Hello Zerozero, I hope to be of some assistance to you... I myself have the same tablet and just recently successfully upgraded to XP. Apparently due to licensing issues the pen driver isn't allowed to run on XP. To make it work there's two ways, the hard way involving a software download and much pain, the other way is 'relitivly' easy... lets try that way first. Download the CIC XPen off of the Fujitsu support site... now here comes the interesting part. Unpack the driver to C:\Drivers\Pen once you've unpacked it find the file called fujpen.inf open it in notepad to edit it. You will see: [ControlFlags] ExcludeFromSelect=*FUJ02B6 Make sure the last digit is 6 in that string... this is saying to exclude that model in the driver. If it's anything other than a 6 change it to a 6. Now then... further down you'll see: [FPC.Mfg] %FPC.DeviceDesc0% = pendrv, *FUJ02B6 Now... remember what I said about the 6 above? Yeah... the driver is fighting with itself, help it out and change the last number to a 7. Save the .inf file. Go to your device manager right click on the unknown device and update it with the modified file... and presto changeo your touchscreen works!! Now... you'll notice that when you restart it will still say that the pen cannot be started... but this should only limit the CIC software from starting... meaning that to actually write on your tablet you'll need to install microsoft office... it has built in writing pad software, and dictation software (which is my personal favorite). Good luck and God speed! If you have any problems let me know!

Can you use the tablet and pen as a signature pad?

MS-Word will not work directly with your tablet pen. You need to use third party software (Photoshop/Paint etc.. ) and import it to MS Word.

Pen not work - Fujitsu Stylistic ST5112 Tablet PC

That's a fairly vague issue, but I might be able to help anyway. I had a tablet PC that was a demo model and when I received it, both pen and touch were either disabled or only partially working. Luckily, a factory reset restored all functionality as if nothing had gone wrong.Fujitsu almost always set a restore point at initial setup (where it asks for you to partition the hard drive, etc.) so you can give that a shot.- If you've had the computer awhile, try Windows system restore, found in the control panel or via a desktop search. This can revert changes you've made one iteration at a time until you're in business again.- If not, reboot and get into the computer setup/BIOS - I can't remember with which key as I don't have a Fujitsu machine anymore - and from there you should be able to restore factory settings and reboot once more.I know it's not the most detailed account, but hopefully it'll get you pointed the right way.
