A friend of mine dropped her Polaroid PMID709 and the tablet opened up a little. She just popped the case back together and never thought of it again. About a week later her tablet stop taking a charge unless u push down on the plug so she is sending off for a new wall charger. I went to know if something could have been damaged when it was dropped and if it is nothing more then a paper weight now.

My little brother has dropped my 7in Android tablet .. me and my mother has check if anything went wrong which turns out it only has a little crack it starts fine and shuts off fine & charges but my issue is I could hardly see it if I try to use it .. like its a black screen & I don't know how to get rid of it .. nothing on YouTube shows me how to fix it .. So may someone please explain too me what I need to do .. It would mean alot

An internal cable for the screen may have jarred lose or the screen is broken. If there is a crack as you state and it is on the screen then likely the screen is done. You can usually find disassemlby instructions on youtube, but as you do not state the model you have I can provide no specific instructions.

Daughter dropped her jazzc954 tablet before I could send warrenty card in ! When she did the charger was in it and it won't charge !! Can anyone help me on this please ?

This has probably busted the charger or the charging port. Good luck -- you may be able to get it replaced under warranty.

I have had my kindle fire since christmas 2011. i went to go turn it on saturday and it is just dead... the battery was 3/4 full just a few minutes before so i know it wasnt that. i went immediately to go plug it in to my charger and nothing happened. no light will come on, just nothing, dead. this was 3 days ago. it was not dropped or damaged in any way, just died. the only thing i can think of was that i was getting low on internal memory but i dont know if that would cause it to just die. please help, my kindle is my life. i have pictures downloaded on it that are very dear to me. i use it from the time i wake up in the morning to just before i fall aasleep

Will it charge when connected to your computer then recover your data. Open replace the battery with a fully charged one to see if the charge circuit is at fault. Buy a new one
