You look very much the unlucky owner of a busted battery.I'm afraid the battery will have to be replaced. Meanwhile, do not use it with the power supply; not only it will do no good, as you already determined, but it might damage the power supply itself.

Satellite R10 Wont turn on

When you press the power button, does anything happen? Or does the flashing light just continue? If so, you may have a damaged power control section in the computer.

Ipad won't turn on. Worked fine last night, got down to about 5% battery left. Plugged in overnight and it won't turn on. Tried different power cables, no success. Tried plugging into PC no luck. Tried different power plugs still no luck.

You could try a hard reset.Hold down the power button and the home button at the same time until the device completely shuts down and the Apple logo appears.Hope that helps!

Why did my RCA 10 inch tablet power down and now will not turn back on? It does not show any sign of charging - no battery symbol, no lights, nothing.

Battery have residual power which last few minutes to allow safely switch off, as you used this power, it shut down. this residual reserve is usually between 3% to 5% of capacity. and do not fiddle with it till you recharge it, reset will not work while there is no power, any other "trickery" will not work either. now, plug battery to known good charger and charge it for 24hrs, do not switch it on during that time nor disconnect from the charger. after this it should be starting and working normally, if it does not - it is still under warranty and you should return it to the place of purchase for repair or replacement, even if you do not have receipt. tablet have it's serial number and can be traced in the store to day, and even hour and minute when it was sold... hope this short info will help you - do not forget to vote...
