Thought it could be the card but was told that is not the case. Any isight or

Unable to get Wireless to turn on

1.Check the front side of your qualcomm tablet and verify that the Wireless Radio switch is set to the "On" position. This switch controls your wireless connection and because of its placement can be accidentally switched when packing and unpacking your laptop. 2.Update the drivers for your network card. Drivers are what allow your operating system to interact with your hardware, and out-of-date drivers may cause problems. 3. 3.Check that the network adapter is being detected. To do this, right-click "My Computer" and click "Properties." Choose "Hardware," then click "Device Manager." Your network card should be shown under the "Network Adapters" category. 4.Double-check the name of the network you are attempting to connect to as well as whether it is password-protected. If you are looking for the wrong network or are attempting to use an incorrect password, you will be unable to use your wireless networking card.
