If you have the dreaded ! mark you need to delete it from the device manager have it rediscovered or reinstalled. It may be the driver has become damaged.

I have HP 2710 P tablet on windows 7 . the Ricoh SD card reader is not accessible at all even after i updated the driver manually , i went to the device manager and it shows no errors and driver is installed correctly as well as when i put a memory card i can hear a plug sound which i normally hear when i connect a any usb device. but still i can not see the device on my computer

Have you tried putting in another memory card? Because it would appear that there is something wrong with your memory card. Try to use another card and see if this changes anything. If it does, then your memory card is faulty. If you have some important data in your memory card then I suggest you contact a data recovery company.Hope this helps.

Screeching noise My thinkpad x60 tablet has started to make a screeching noise a lot of times when I turn the sound up. I dual boot vista and ubuntu but the noise is only in vista and I do not hear it when I go into rescue and recovery either. It sounds like a feedback problem from the onboard mic because whenever I rub my finger against the mic I can hear it through the speakers and the screeching noise changes. I have tried turning the sound down on the mic all the way to zero, but I can still hear the screeching noise and I can still hear noise from the mic through the speakers. I tried disabling the mic, but it disabled my entire speaker system and everything and I had to reinstall soundMAX. After doing that I got my sound back but the mic also. Any help anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.

Right click on the speaker icon in your taskbar, select Open Volume Control. If you do not see the Microphone control select options>properties and select it from the list of check boxes. Press OK. Check the mute box for your microphone.

No sound I just received the tablet today as a present for my grandson. However, I cannot hear any sound when I try to play music or video. I can only hear the sound if I attach a speaker. Shouldn't there be sound heard from the speaker on the Irulu? Or did I receive a defective tablet? Please advise as my grandson's birthday is this weekend and I would hate to not be able to give him this tablet as his present.

Si i think your sound driver is not installed you should cheak ur drivers
