Mouse moves eratically and doesn't respond

Sometimes it will move but no response from the buttons it moves over. Sometimes it does get a response, but won't click. Sometimes it just moves all over the place. Other times it will start highlighting or scrolling as if a wheel-scroller was clicked in. Drivers are up to date and restarts don't help.

[Only a USB can be plugged/unplugged when the computer is on.]Try getting a new mouse. If that doesn't work you may have to have it taken in and have it looked at. Good luck.
