I am not sure what motherboard you have, but I would suspect that your computer will take at least 2 sticks of 512 MB each. You didn't say what operating system you are using. If you are using Windows 98, 128 MB is fine. If you are using Windows XP, you should have at least 10x that, or 1GB to run correctly. You really do need to know how much memory your computer will support, so you can go on the manufacturer's site and look it up or use the manual that came with the computer, if you still have it.

How to restore android tablet - Kocaso M1050 10.1" Android Tablet PC with 1GB RAM, 4GB Storage & HDMI

I found the factory reset button on the back under a small sticker. Plug it into the charger and gently push a sharp toothpick or other sharp non metallic object inthe the small hole until you get resistance. Then gently push 'till you feel a tiny click...this should reset the tablet. Mine crapped out because it is a junk company. There are more complaints on this company than any other I have ever seen. I wised up and bought Google Nexus 7...best 7" tablet made.

I have just received a 32Gb RAM stick and wish to max out the RAM in my iRulu 10.1" tablet. How badly will I bend the warranty if I pop the case and - the onboard RAM is organized/implemented as suspect it to be - replace the existing 8Gb stick with a 32Gb stick?

There should be a SD or MicroSD slot on the outside of the case, this will not void the warranty. The internal storage is most likely soldered on and not removable. Use the built in features of Android or an app like Link2SD to move apps to your expansion SD card.

I want to add RAM to my Toshiba Portege M405-S8003 but I can't find the memory slot. The only things I see underneath my laptop are the battery pack, a square-shaped slot (when I opened it, there's a paper label on it; definitely won't fit a RAM chip) and the hard drive. I'm thinking that maybe the memory slot is underneath the hard drive (which I find weird)...but I'm reluctant to remove it because I'm not sure if I'm right. If my hunch is correct, please let me know...I really need to update my tablet. Thanks and happy new year!

Hi,the Ram slot you are looking for is underneath the keyboard,if you have expertise on uncoupling and re-coupling a system then proceed,if not take to a qualified technician to that for you wont take any time.
