Changing keyboard on Fujitsu T5010

Remove the square screw covers above the keyboard on either side of the swiveling screen hinge. Unscrew the 2 screws and use a small flat head screw driver to remove the plastic cover above the keyboard. Do this by inserting the screw driver underneath the plastic cover near to the f keys on the keyboard and gently pop the cover off. Carefully remove the ribbon from the motherboard, use a small screw driver to release the clip that holds the ribbon in place (ribbon located above f3,f4 keys). Slide the keyboard up and it should release if it doesn't then there may be some sticky tape holding the keyboard down, this is located behind the f2,f3,f4,f5 keys, carefully pull the keyboard away but hold the keyboard by the f keys so that you do not damage the keyboard by bending it. My company uses Panasonic Toughbook CF-18. We have ones that are over a year old, over 6 month old, and even just a few months old. In the past few weeks we started experiencing a problem where the units are shutting off by themselves. Totally losing power and shutting off. It doesn't happen when plugged into AC Power. The units only shut off when they are tapped hard or hit somewhere. Sometimes also by a quick movement or even when you close the LCD screen. We tried using spacers (a foam piece between the battery and the battery door) to stop or limit battery movement. Although this helps, it doesn't solve the problem. No matter how tight and what measures I take to keep the battery in it's place, chalking it until it can't moves. The unit still shut off when impacted. Can't some other internal component be causing this? What else can I do?

Try to charge the battery with the Panasoniv programm: Calibration Utility. I think is a battery problem.
