Unsolicited pro antispyware just attached to my laptop

Pro Antispyware is a known rogue threat. Please follow this link for more information. In order to effectively remove it from your system, I recommend you install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, available at Update it after installation, and run a scan and fix everything it finds. If you have any troubles downloading or installing it, this is an indication of other troubles (some malware is coded to prevent it from being installed and removing the malware), so write back and we'll walk you through a workaround.

Laptop My son is going college majoring in business and we need to purchase him a laptop but can't decide between a MacBook running Windows and Office Professional (his first choice) or a Lenovo ThinkPad or Lenovo Tablet (X61). Which one would you recommend? Haven't heard too much about Lenovo any thoughts on that.

IBM sold off it's notebook line to LENOVO. The Thinkpads are excellent business machines and for the price of a Macbook that is dual-bootable, you can really do the Thinkpad up nicely. If he was going to college for a design or music or something like that I would go with the Macbook. Since he is going for business, go with the Thinkpad.

My Battery is not working!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Discharging the battery will not harm the battery. Lenovo purposely has an annoyingly slow recharge rate because a quick recharge will shorten the life of the battery. It is not a problem if you have the patience to allow a long recharge. Otherwise spring for a second battery for quick replacement when AC power is not accessible.
